Top 3 Cafe's in Our Favorite Ski Town: Jackson Hole

The French inspired bakery owned and operated by locals, Kevin and Ali Cohane, is one of the most popular spots in Jackson for both locals and tourists. They are most known for their artisanal breads made using old world fermentation techniques, and baked with heavy heat on a stone hearth in their custom made German deck oven.

Needless to say, it always smells good in this adorable white house bakery designed by local architectural firm E/YE Design. In the Summers it's awesome to sit out on their huge sun deck, but in the Winters sit inside and enjoy a turmeric latte, fresh French croissants, kouing amans or full breakfasts like Persephone Porridge or Bread Pudding French Toast.

Their motto is 'a wellness center in the form of a restaurant,' and that couldn't be closer to the truth. Their morning menu offers items like Bulletproof Coffee, house-made Chai, energy bites and vegan muffins, while the lunch menu offers green bowls, macrobiotic salads and vegan burgers. The interior, designed by local firm Grace Home Design, is filled with velvet seats, custom hanging lamps and candle filled white walls. Their quick to-go cafe is the perfect spot before you hit the slopes, or if you're taking the day off skiing post up on their cozy velvet couch and enjoy a coconut cashew cookie or vegan donuts.
