Cocktail Skills On Point: Scribner's Prospect Restaurant, Hunter

Every dish that we were served at Scribner’s onsite restaurant Prospect, was cooked to perfection and don’t even get me started on their craft cocktail situation.  Honestly, if I were to start ranking restaurants on their cocktail skills, Prospect’s incredible bar would serve as my gold standard.  While most bars are lucky to have one skilled mixologist, Prospect boasts at least three that I can vouch for!

The Runciple Spoon is an indoor and outdoor restaurant at The Owl and the Pussycat hotel, a funky boutique hotel in Galle.Despite the hotel being hidden down a narrow road the pops of pink, yellow and blue were hard to miss. The wooden gate peaked open just enough to see the beautiful turquoise pool.

Coffee and Waffles Please! 3 Cafe's Not to Miss in Singapore

Stranger's Reunion is a comfortable spot to work at while sipping on hot coffee, but they're known for their waffles. Which isn't surprising seeing as most all Cafe's in Singapore seem to specialize in waffles. I'm not complaining.
